Consignment Management Application

This app is local-first — your business data stays on your device
and is not sent to our servers.
Internet access may be used only for Premium purchase/restore and optional update checks.
1. Information We Collect
The app stores the following information locally on your device (SQLite / Local Storage) only:
Business information such as shop name, phone number, and social media handles
Product names, prices, and stock quantities
Consignment shop details
Sales, restock, and return transaction history
Premium membership status (expiry date) on the device
App preferences and settings
2. How We Use Your Information
The stored data is used solely to:
Display sales reports and stock summaries
Generate PDF documents such as consignment forms, receipts, and product labels
Maintain transaction history within the app
Back up and restore data when you choose to do so
3. Sharing of Information
The app does not automatically transmit business data to our servers.
You may share files (such as PDFs, CSVs, or ZIP backups) only through your device’s
share sheet when you explicitly choose to do so.
4. Device Permissions
The app may request the following permissions:
Storage / Files — To save, share, back up, and restore data
Camera / Photo Library — To upload a business logo or product/shop photos
Location (optional) — Only when you choose to mark a shop on the map; coordinates are stored on your device
In-app Billing — To purchase and restore Premium via Google Play or the App Store
5. Third-Party Services
The app may contact the following third-party services (not including your consignment business data):
Google Play / Apple App Store billing — to process Premium subscription purchases and restores. Payment details are handled by the store under their own privacy policies.
App Store / Google Play version lookup — to check whether a newer version is available. This does not include your business data.
OpenStreetMap tiles — map imagery when you open the shop location picker (no shop business records are uploaded).
All data is stored in a SQLite database on your device. The security of your data depends on
the security mechanisms of your device’s operating system (Android/iOS).
You are responsible for keeping any backup files you create secure.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
You can export a ZIP backup from the app, and delete all app data at any time by
uninstalling the application. This permanently removes data from the device.
8. Children's Privacy
This app is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly
collect any personal information from children.
9. Changes to This Policy
If this policy is updated, the effective date at the top of this page will be revised.
